American Traveler is seeking an Inpatient Rehabilitation Physical Therapist with 1+ year of experience and Epic charting skills for a rehabilitation hospital setting.

• Rehabilitation hospital inpatient setting
• 5x8 Monday-Friday day shift, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• 2 weekend shifts required with flexibility to choose weekends and comp days
• No call required
• Patient population includes orthopedic, neurologic, cardiopulmonary, and geriatric cases
• Treats conditions including total hip/knee replacements, post-op spinal and shoulder surgery, stroke, and COPD/CHF
• Uses adaptive devices, assistive equipment, and modalities such as E-stim and TENS
• Epic EMR experience preferred

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• BLS certification required
• WI state PT license required (license required if applicable); pending license accepted
• Experience with evaluations, plan of care, and home exercise programs required
• Must be clean-shaven to achieve proper mask seal for respirator fit testing
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required

• Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, and patient/family education
• Facility closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day
• First-time travelers accepted
• 70-mile radius rule applies; local candidates not accepted
• Clinicians cannot work past 1 year as a traveler without taking a 6-month break before returning
• CAPRs and PAPRS are not provided, and personal devices are not permitted; no medical or religious exemptions allowed for fit testing
