Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM (10 hour shifts, Monday–Friday) with one rotating day off. OT as needed.

Starting wage: $23.51 per hour.

Night shift premium: $3.00 (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).

Weekend shift premium: $2.25 (Saturday and Sunday shifts).

Total potential bonuses: up to $1,500 in the first year.

A Production Generalist II must adapt quickly to different situations, handle stress effectively, and work well within a team. Key responsibilities include assisting with training programs, monitoring and troubleshooting equipment, and data entry. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in an ever‑changing environment.

• Preferred:
  High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience and/or training, preferably in a food manufacturing industry.

• Lifting 20–50 lbs.
• Climbing.
• Exposure to humid, extreme cold, and extreme hot temperatures.
