Hours & Schedule- Shift: 2:15 PM - 12:45 AM
- Schedule: Monday – Saturday with two rotating days off; overtime may be required based on business needs.
Pay Starting at $21.11/hour
Pay Premiums- $3.00 per hour for night shift hours (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- $2.25 per hour for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday)
- Earn up to $1,500 in bonus pay during your first year!
Grande in Fond du Lac is seeking Packaging Associates
! Join our 2nd Shift Team where you’ll play a critical role in packaging world-class dairy products while promoting a friendly, collaborative work environment. In this hands‑on role, you’ll remove blocks of cheese from totes, load them onto conveyor systems, and monitor robotic palletizing equipment that stacks finished cases for distribution. You’ll operate and maintain advanced packaging machinery, drive forklifts as needed, and ensure products meet our high standards through consistent quality inspections.
With responsibilities spanning multiple product lines, you’ll troubleshoot, make timely decisions, and maintain accurate inventory records, all while adhering to strict safety and regulatory guidelines. If you’re detail‑oriented, mechanically inclined, and love cheese, this is the job for you!

- High School or GED preferred
- Three (3) months or more of related work experience and/or training in a food manufacturing industry strongly preferred.
This role requires the ability to regularly lift and move objects weighing between 20–50 lbs
, as well as frequent walking, standing, bending, climbing, and exposure to vibration
. The work environment may involve exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), high humidity, and loud machinery
