Overview
Under limited supervision, operate multiple types of dairy equipment machines used for cheese and/or whey manufacturing processes, to produce product according to company specifications, quality, and safety objectives. You will also inspect, calibrate, adjust, and troubleshoot the production equipment, and perform preventive/general maintenance, and communicate to Cheese makers and/or Process Specialists any issues and adjustments that may be needed. A Dairy Equipment Operator must have the ability to adapt quickly to different situations, the ability to handle stressful situations well, and be team oriented.
Hours& Shift
Sunday-Thursday, OT as needed.
8:30PM-7:30AM
Pay Range$24.87 starting wage.
What You Need To Be Considered ForThe Role
- Required:
High School or GED;
Associate s degree preferred. - Minimum of three (3) years of related work experience and/or training required. Prior experience working with food manufacturing equipment desirable.
