Schedule: Full Time | 1st and 2nd Shift

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Print Press Operator to set up and operate our printing press efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate printing press to match color standards and approved proofs
- Read and interpret production tickets and PDF drawings
- Image print plates and complete job tickets accurately
- Minimize material waste and maximize production rates
- Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, blanket changes, lubrication)
- Follow safety procedures and work collaboratively in a team environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor press issues
- Basic math skills and ability to read standard/metric rulers
- Ability to pass a color vision test
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting
- Strong attention to detail and proven attendance history
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift

Work Environment: Moderately noisy pressroom environment. Hearing protection and safety glasses are required.
Note: This role may occasionally require work outside normal hours to meet customer needs.
