Brunswick seeks a third shift production supervisor in Fond du Lac, WI. You will supervise production employees, assign work, and drive safety, quality, delivery and cost goals. You will recommend improvements to methods, equipment and procedures, and act as a conduit for clear employee communications.
Requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, proficiency with Word and Excel, and strong people skills. Knowledge of UKG/Kronos is a plus;
Lean Six Sigma experience is preferred.
