Fond du Lac Surgical Services delivers exceptional care across the full perioperative continuum—supporting both outpatient and inpatient surgery, including GI procedures. The team works closely with Oshkosh Surgical Services to maintain regional consistency and elevate surgical outcomes. The role is based at Aurora Medical Center – Fond du Lac, a community-focused facility offering advanced technology and sustainable practices.

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the candidate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Operating Room (OR) experience preferred

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and effective communication to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Our multidisciplinary team includes RNs, CNAs, Surgical Technologists, Sterile Processing Technicians, PACU Technicians, EVS professionals, and a Surgery Scheduler. The culture values attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to patient safety and excellence.
