Illuminus Community, Lutheran Homes & Health Services, located at 244 N Macy St, Fond du Lac, WI 54935, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our assisted living community. Established in 1936, we provide assisted living, skilled nursing, and short-term rehabilitation services while upholding Christian values focused on mind, body, and spirit.

Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and directing nursing services.
- Control and evaluate nursing services to meet resident needs and maintain quality standards in line with policies.
- Supervise care and management during shifts.
- Plan and participate in in-service training and orientation programs.
- Coordinate the care planning program.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin.
- Knowledge and experience in geriatrics.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
