Job Type: Full‑time, Part‑time, or Casual positions available.

Shifts:

AM, PM, or Night. Pay: $40–$45 per hour (dependent upon experience). Incentive pay: 1.5× hourly wage plus $10/hour pick up available. Shift differential for PM and Night Shifts. Eligible for sign‑on bonus.

244 N Macy St, Fond du Lac, WI 54935. Lutheran Homes & Health Services, part of Illuminus Community, has served the Fond du Lac area since 1936. The facility provides assisted living, skilled nursing, and short‑term rehabilitation services to older adults, upholding Christian values and caring for mind, body, and spirit.

The Registered Nurse (RN) will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of residents’ total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, all while ensuring the provision of person‑centered care.

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin.
• Active CPR certification.
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
