Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) – Dermatology

SSM Health’s Fond du Lac Ministry is actively recruiting a full‑time (0.8–1.0 FTE) Dermatology Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to join a professional and rewarding department of two experienced dermatologists. This mission‑based organization offers a collegial, collaborative work environment and superior clinical quality outcomes.

Minimum Requirements
  • Unrestricted Wisconsin Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License.
  • Unrestricted Active Wisconsin DEA.
  • Post‑education experience as an advanced practitioner in dermatology.
Position Highlights
  • Clinical outpatient‑based care with opportunities for telehealth visits.
  • Expect to see 15–20 patients per day after onboarding is completed.
  • Excellent referrals from primary care and other specialties for a collaborative work environment.
  • Mature Epic EMR with individual optimization options to improve efficiency.
  • Must work collaboratively and communicate effectively with all care team members.
  • The clinic is equipped with comprehensive laser technology, including V Beam, Fraxel CO2, 1927, 1550 nm, Alex Tri Vantage Q‑witched 755, 532, 1064 nm, Light Sheer Desire Diode laser, Lumenis M22 IPL, NdYAG, Blu‑U PDT, NBUVB hand, foot and stand‑up phototherapy, and full MOHS capability.
