SSM Health and our Fond du Lac Ministry are actively recruiting a full‑time (0.8–1.0 FTE) Dermatology Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to join a professionally rewarding department of two experienced dermatologists. Minimum Requirements- Unrestricted Wisconsin Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License.
- Unrestricted Active Wisconsin DEA.
- Post‑education experience as an advanced practitioner in dermatology.
- Clinical outpatient‑based care with some potential for telehealth visits.
- Anticipate seeing 15‑20 patients per day once onboarding is completed.
- Excellent referrals from primary care and other specialties for a collaborative work environment.
- Mature Epic EMR with individual optimization options to improve efficiency.
- Must be able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with people involved in the care of the patients including providers, nursing staff, and ancillary staff.
- The clinic is equipped with comprehensive laser technology that includes a V Beam, Fraxel CO2, 1927, 1550 nm, Alex Tri Vantage Q swapped 755, 532, 1064 nm, Light Sheer Desire Diode laser, Lumenis M22 IPL, NdYAG, Blu U PDT, NBUVB Hand, Foot and Standup Phototherapy and complete MOHS capability.
