Med Cadre is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA) to support surgeons during operations and provide safe perioperative care for surgical patients. You will help prepare patients and instruments, maintain a sterile environment, and assist with wound closure and tissue handling throughout the perioperative process.
The ideal candidate will have an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license in Wisconsin, and RNFA training or equivalent experience; BLS is required with ACLS
