Role OverviewIn this role, you will provide in‑store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Additionally, you will support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

Qualifications- 18 years of age or older
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Physical ability to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work location
- 1–2 years of merchandising experience
- Experience leading and training people
- Ability to use smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
- Motivated self‑starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Ability to work independently while also possessing successful team‑building skills
- Safety‑first mentality in a retail environment
