• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and provide excellent guest service.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas as directed by leadership.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes such as price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by leadership.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve issues and enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services including back-up cashier responsibilities and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• Perform other duties based on business needs as assigned.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders as required.
• Move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and reliable attendance.
• Occasionally work in varying temperatures and conditions (e.g., during Drive-Up or carryout duties).
