We are seeking a vigilant, observant, dependable, and professional Security Officer to help ensure the safety, security, and well-being of our premises, employees, visitors, and company assets in Fond du Lac, WI. This site requires 24/7 security, offering Full Time, Part Time and Flex/On Call officer positions:
- 1st Shift: 5:45am-1:45pm
- 2nd Shift: 1:45pm-9:45pm
- 3rd Shift: 9:45pm-5:45am

Minimum Education RequiredHigh School/GED
Preferred EducationAssociates
Required ExperienceHigh school diploma required (GED), or 5+ years of security experience
Preferred Experience2 years associate degree preferred; will consider combination of education and prior experience
Required Skills- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Computer experience with Microsoft tool (excel, word etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure
- Able to perform regular patrols up to 8 miles a day and respond quickly if needed
- Able to gain computer experience with Microsoft tool (excel, word etc.)
- Must be able to obtain a security license through the state of Wisconsin
