We are seeking full-time Physical Therapists. The pay range is $52-$57/hr, depending on experience and qualifications. We are also offering full-time new hires a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus.

We provide PT, OT, ST services in post-acute settings and are looking for talented, dynamic clinicians with passion to join our team. • Provides, directs and supervises all aspects of quality patient care, including screening, evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education and documentation to assure the best outcome for the patient.
• Directs and supervises the work of therapist assistants.
• Develops treatment plan and provides treatment consistent with benefits and reimbursement levels.
• Documents notes, summaries, reports, etc.

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed as required by State.
• CPR certification.
