CJ Logistics is looking for an Inventory Control Analyst to drive exceptional inventory results in our Distribution Center(s). In this pivotal role you will leverage business intelligence to ensure impeccable quantity and location accuracy while collaborating across departments and with our customers to resolve inventory challenges.

  Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

• Analyze and produce logistics center inventory analyses, delivering key scorecard data to inform operations and customers.
• Drive inventory program by ensuring alignment between physical stock, WMS and customer systems; conduct IC audits and adjust inventories.
• Investigate inventory issues, recommend corrective actions, and research overages, shortages and damages (OS&D).
• Track compliance with key process outputs, events and dates to meet metrics and controls.
• Develop analytics to trend process data, identify root causes and surface early indicators of inventory problems; provide training recommendations to leadership and support safety initiatives.
• Support regulatory compliance and audit preparation, monitoring adherence to leading practices.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Bilingual in Korean and English (required).
• 2+ years of operations experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Strong analytical and data‑driven recommendation skills.
• Critical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with WMS, SAP and/or other inventory control systems.
• Leadership experience directing others’ work (highly valued).
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and present findings objectively.
• Forklift operation (plus).
