ProvideITsupporttoon-siteemployeesandresources.

Gatherclientandprobleminformation,troubleshootandresolvewhenpossible,orescalatequicklyandaccuratelywhenappropriate.

• Provideoperationalsupporttoon-siteequipmentrelatedtoclient
  
  Desktops,Handheld,Laptops,ProcessPC's,NetPC's,Servers,associated OS(NT,Windows) and software,printers,tethered network
  
  Switches,Routers,Firewalls,Phonesystemsanduntethered Wirelessaccesspoints.
• Gather/Captureclientandprobleminformation
• Makeuseoftechnicalskills,knowledgedatabaseandotherITresourcestoresolveproblemsandescalateproblemsappropriately
• Assistsenduserswithhardwareandsoftwareissuesbyfieldingtelephonecalls,email communication,helpdesktickets,diagnosingproblemsandperformingtroubleshootingactivities.
  
  Documents,tracksandmonitorstheproblemtofacilitateatimelyresolution.
  
  Reliesonestablishedguidelinesandinstructionstoperformdailyjobfunctions.
  
  Applicantmusthaveexperiencesupporting Outlook,Windows,Word,Excelandotherdesktopapplications.
  
  Worksunderimmediatesupervision.
