You will build client relationships that grow stronger each year. As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you’ll focus on how to wow clients now and in the future.
Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients the way they would like to be scheduled
- Help ensure all clients needs are met during service, in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office
