Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for Entry-Level Fabricator roles in Forest Grove, OR. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the fabrication, assembly, and production of components using basic hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain fabrication equipment to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Read and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, or work instructions to complete assigned tasks.
  • Perform quality checks on materials and finished parts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and structural integrity.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols and shop procedures.
  • Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and accurate inventory tracking.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Accurately document work performed, materials used, and production data as required.
  • Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, material issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in manufacturing or fabrication is preferred but not required
    .
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools, equipment, and techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Basic knowledge of shop safety practices is a plus; training will be provided.
