Duties and Responsibilities
  • Involved in the preparation and completion of work on a daily basis.
  • Ability to work with chemicals such as but not limited to alcohol and acrylics.
  • Works on micro sections, and has knowledge of different micro sections.
  • Performs the testing of the products and the completion of all documentation involved.
  • Communicates regularly to supervisors and managers, suggests and composes procedural changes, maintains a clean, safe work environment, and reports safety hazards and issues to supervisors.
  • Generates, accumulates, and handles hazardous wastes generated in daily operations, as directed by the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager.
  • Follow safety regulations, policies and procedures.

Essential Knowledge and Skills
  • Working knowledge of the entire process, documentation, IPC test methods and SPC.
  • Possess chemical analysis skills, computer knowledge and micro‑section prep and analysis experience.
  • Visual acuity as well as eye and hand coordination a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, as well as reading, writing and mathematical abilities.
  • Ability to follow instructions, quality conscious, detail‑oriented, organized and able to prioritize work.
  • Team player with ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
Education and Experience

Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
