The RN oversees patient care, administers medications, collaborates with healthcare teams, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.##

* Key Responsibilities:

*** ## Assess, monitor, and evaluate residents’ health conditions and responses to treatments.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
* Administer medications, IVs, and treatments according to prescribed protocols.
* Provide wound care, pain management, and rehabilitation support.
* Supervise and direct Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other staff.
* Educate residents and families on care plans, medications, and disease management.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of medical records and patient progress.
* Respond to emergencies and provide critical care interventions as needed.
* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including infection control and patient safety protocols.
* Promote a compassionate and respectful environment for residents and families.##
