• A Certified Veterinary Technician or veterinary assistant with prior clinical experience
• Strong technical skills (blood draws, anesthesia, radiology—you know the drill)
• Someone who can work independently and collaboratively with our medical team
• A sense of humor that can survive a Monday morning and a full anal gland schedule
• Passionate about client communication and patient advocacy
• Small animal savvy (sorry, no reptiles or parrots here—just cats and dogs)
