As the Cook, you would be responsible for creative and delectable dishes to add to our growing menu. Duties include following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications; preparing food items needed to service; setting up efficient flow of the cook line; and assisting with the sanitation of the kitchen, walk-in, and storage areas.

• Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife-handling skills
• Obtain and maintain a food handler’s card
