, we’re looking for a Service Advisor who delivers transparent communication, premium customer care, and performance‑driven results.

• Greet and assist service guests, creating positive first impressions and lasting relationships
• Accurately document vehicle concerns, maintenance needs, and recommended repairs
• Review multi‑point inspections, prioritize repair options, and educate customers on next steps
• Coordinate repair orders with technicians, parts, and warranty teams to ensure efficiency
• Provide timely updates, secure approvals, and review final invoices at delivery
• Recommend maintenance and repairs aligned with OEM standards and customer safety
• Meet and exceed goals for CSI, HPRO, and ELR through transparent, ethical practices

• Previous Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred (1–3+ years)
• Familiarity with DMS systems (CDK, Dealer track, Reynolds, etc.)
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Automotive knowledge with the ability to explain technical details clearly and confidently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Compensation: $48,000 – $180,000 annually (based on experience and performance)
