Fury Motors is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to lead all aspects of our automotive service department. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional customer experience, building strong service teams, and driving operational and financial performance at the dealership level.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with a passion for customer service, strong people‑management skills, and a deep understanding of fixed operations within an automotive environment.
What You’ll DoCustomer Experience & Service Operations
- Assist customers by clearly explaining recommended services, repairs, and timelines
- Match customer concerns and needs with appropriate service solutions
- Communicate proactively with customers throughout the service process
- Ensure a consistent, professional service experience aligned with Fury standards
- Maintain a service follow‑up system that supports repeat and referral business
Leadership & Team Management
- Hire, train, supervise, and develop all service department personnel
- Monitor performance and coach employees to meet service, quality, and productivity expectations
- Foster a positive, accountable team culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement
- Partner with internal teams to support operational alignment and staffing needs
Business & Financial Oversight
- Establish department goals, performance metrics, and service standards
- Develop and manage the annual operating budget for the service department
- Create and support marketing and promotion strategies to drive new service business
- Stay current on new products, features, accessories, and required manufacturer training
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Manager in an automotive dealership environment
- Strong customer‑service orientation with proven leadership capability
- High school diploma or equivalent required (additional education a plus)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Driven, solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
