We’re adding a second Senior Business Analyst to support our rapid growth and data‑driven decision making. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running with advanced Power BI and SQL skills to build dashboards, analyze complex multi‑channel pricing strategies, and provide financial insights around COGS, landed costs, and profitability optimization.
You’ll work with messy, multi‑source data across 18 websites and 7,000+ SKUs, transforming it into clean, actionable insights. This isn’t a role where you’ll wait for perfect data—you’ll dig in, troubleshoot, clean it up, and build solutions that make the business more efficient.
What you’ll do- Design and build interactive Power BI dashboards that drive business decisions across the organization
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and clean data from multiple sources
- Troubleshoot data integrity issues and automate reporting processes to eliminate manual work
- Create executive‑level presentations with clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Analyze pricing strategy across 18 websites and 7,000+ SKUs while maintaining channel agreements (e.g., Amazon MAP compliance)
- Calculate and track COGS, landed costs, tariff impacts, and shipping cost variations to optimize profitability
- Build financial models for forecasting, margin analysis, and scenario planning
- Support sourcing decisions by analyzing cost implications of tariffs, shipping routes, and supplier changes
- Partner with finance, supply chain, sourcing, and marketing teams to deliver data‑driven recommendations
- Translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Present findings to leadership in ways that drive action
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field
- 4‑7 years of hands‑on experience in business analytics, financial analysis, or FP&A roles
- Advanced Power BI skills
: dashboard design, DAX, data modeling—you build solutions, not just reports - Solid financial understanding
: COGS, landed costs, margin analysis, pricing strategy - Advanced Excel skills
: pivot tables, financial modeling, complex formulas - Experience in e‑commerce, retail, or manufacturing environments
- Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets from multiple systems
- Experience with multi‑channel e‑commerce pricing strategies and marketplace dynamics (Amazon, Walmart, Target)
- Understanding of international supply‑chain costs, tariffs, and duty calculations
- Background in costing, pricing analytics, or FP&A
- Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite experience a plus)
- Finance or accounting experience (CPA/CFA helpful but not required)
- Track record of building analytics solutions that delivered measurable business impact
$95,000 - $115,000 (based on experience and skill set)

This position is 100% on‑site at our Forest Lake/Columbus, Minnesota headquarters. Standard hours are Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑4:30 PM with some flexibility based on business needs.

- Can reliably commute to our Forest Lake/Columbus location daily
