Security Systems Sales Estimator

What you’ll do:

• Evaluate commercial properties to assess project scope, dimensions, and site conditions to ensure accurate cost estimates.
• Analyze the project specifications and plans to create cost estimates for building, installing, and replacing commercial security systems.
• Accurately estimate the quantities and costs of materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses necessary to complete the project.
• Develop proposals which include cost breakdowns, timelines, and project details.
• Capability to establish and nurture positive relationships with customers.

In short:
This person needs to understand both technical estimating and sales relationship management.

• 5+ years in security solutions and sales (preferred).
• Estimating experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Travel:
  Occasional — for client meetings or site visits.
