Onsite Nurse Para (LPN) – Forest Lake, MN

Location: Forest Lake, Minnesota
Contract Dates: January 5, 2026 – June 5, 2026
Schedule: Full-time | 7 hours/day
Hours: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Setting: Onsite only

Forest Lake School District is seeking an Onsite Nurse Paraprofessional (LPN) to support a high school student within a school-based setting. This role consists of 80% paraprofessional duties and 20% nursing responsibilities
, with the majority of the day spent working 1:1 with one student
. Candidates may occasionally be asked to support additional students as needed. The assigned student will also have support from an Intervener
, offering additional assistance within the day.

This position is ideal for an LPN with experience or interest in working in schools, providing a blend of clinical support and classroom-based para duties.

• 1 high school student (primary assignment – 1:1)
• 80% paraprofessional support / 20% nursing care
• Some flexibility required to assist with other students as needed
• Intervener support in place
• Additional student details discussed during interview

• Active LPN license (required)
• School experience preferred
• Ability to work in a collaborative classroom environment
• Strong communication, reliability, and adaptability
• Comfortable working 1:1 with students and supporting classroom needs
