Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated BCBA to supervise trainees, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide behavioral interventions that empower our clients.
What You'll Do:- Supervise BCBA Trainees, providing guidance and support
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to ensure person-centered care
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to teach adaptive skills and reduce challenging behaviors
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Provide hands‑on training and in-the‑moment staff support to ensure high‑quality service delivery
- Stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis
- Conduct weekly in‑person or telehealth observations of trainees supporting clients
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution
- At least 1 year of experience developing and implementing behavioral interventions for neurodivergent children/youth
- At least 1 year of experience in staff training and development within Applied Behavior Analysis
- Knowledge of state legal and ethical guidelines regarding human rights and treatment of vulnerable individuals
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the metro area
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
