A Style Consultant is a team member who focuses on strong operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience through in-store presentations, visual merchandising, and knowledge of assortment and brand offerings. Responsibilities include maintaining a guest-ready floor, accurate pricing and sizing, and supporting store operations to meet guest needs.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, signage, and knowledge of assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set and maintain visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by performing fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Support backroom organization to enable replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as products sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising, including signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance, and work safely at all times.
• Assist guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up in compliance with applicable laws.
• Greet guests, assist with their needs, and thank them for shopping with Target.
• Other duties as required by business needs.

• You enjoy interacting with guests and helping others, including coworkers.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, active role that requires teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving.
• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and peak times).

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate across devices and use handheld scanners and technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of multi-tasking within established time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; move merchandise up to 44 pounds with or without assistance; frequently lift up to 15 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions; remain mobile for the duration of shifts.
