Groundworks Site Supervisor/Foreman Lyndey

We're recruiting for a Groundworks Site Supervisor/Foreman, a hands‑on leadership role responsible for overseeing all on‑site groundworks activities—from excavation and foundations to drainage, paving, and final surfacing.

The position involves coordinating teams, scheduling daily tasks, checking work quality, and ensuring all activities meet strict health & safety standards. You'd act as the key link between site operatives and senior management, helping keep the project running safely, smoothly, and on programme.

Day to day, this includes leading morning briefings, carrying out site inspections, supervising operatives, monitoring progress, managing material deliveries, and resolving any on‑site issues. The ideal candidate is an organised, safety‑focused supervisor who can keep people, quality, and deadlines moving in the right direction.

Contract role for project in Lydney. For the right person this will be a long‑term opportunity as you can move around other projects in the Three Counties area.
