We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering and fabrication business delivering structural steelwork and engineered solutions across construction and industrial sectors. Join a skilled commercial team as an Estimator and play a key role in driving successful tender submissions and contract wins.

• Preparing accurate estimates and tender submissions from enquiries, drawings, and specifications
• Conducting quantity take-offs and pricing materials, fabrication, installation, and labour
• Liaising with internal teams, suppliers and clients to clarify scope and commercial assumptions
• Supporting post-tender analysis and cost control
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders to support business growth

• Experience in estimating within fabrication, construction, steelwork or related sectors
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent numerical, organisational and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple bids to tight deadlines
• Practical understanding of fabrication processes is advantageous
