HRGO Recruitment is seeking a skilled Shift Maintenance Engineer (Multiskilled) for a Coleford location. The role involves maintaining electrical and mechanical systems on an FMCG line, with 12-hour shifts and 4-on/4-off rotation. Salary up to £50k plus benefits, plus life and health insurance.
Ideal candidates will be electrically biased with strong mechanical skills, or mechanically biased with electrical qualifications, and capable of fault diagnosis to minimise downtime and drive efficiency.
