Primary Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:

  • Supporting the set up and coordination of the electronic medical record keeping system

  • Processing vendor invoices

  • Processing contractor expenses, timesheets and reports

  • Maintaining a record of communication with clients and contractors

  • Creating and maintaining project delivery folders

  • Uploading certification and documentation on client specific portals

  • Reformatting documentation in line with company standards and company branding

  • Managing and implementing internal team audit schedules

  • Maintaining the master document register

  • Minute taking during meetings and creating follow up action trackers

  • Creating mobilisation documentation for contractors

  • Covering holiday absences for the team as and when required

  • BSL Lead (Business Segment Lead)

  • IT Assistance and the setting up of new employees

  • Any other duties as outlined by line Manager

Required Qualifications of the Project Coordinator:

  • Degree level education or Completion of high school or equivalent experience

  • Previous experience working for an international company in an administrator role

  • Experience working in healthcare

  • Demonstrated customer service attitude

Preferred Qualifications of the Project Coordinator:

  • An interest in world affairs

  • Strong administration skills

  • MS Office proficiency

    Soft Skills of the Project Coordinator:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • The ability to multi-task
