Salary: £40,000 - 60,000 per year
Requirements:- Experience in a similar IT support / helpdesk role
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Windows 11
- Basic experience of Windows Server (2016, 2019 and/or 2022)
- Demonstrable hardware support experience (PCs, laptops, printers, multi-function devices)
- Strong general knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting
- Full UK driving licence
- Desirable:
- Experience with Veeam
- Experience with Microsoft Intune
- Some virtualisation exposure (VMWare, Hypervisor, Nutanix)
- Respond to user queries, incidents and issues via the IT helpdesk, email and phone
- Support internal users with software, hardware and service requests across UK and global offices
- Prioritise and manage multiple open support cases at any given time
- Administer Active Directory: user account creation, modification and removal, computer management, security and access rights
- Build and configure hardware for new users and provide initial system training
- Assist colleagues in the wider IT team during peaks in workload within the IT service/support area
