* Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30

* Friday: 07:30 – 13:30

* Overtime:
Time and a half after 40 hours; double time at weekends

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable MIG Welder to join our team in Lydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality MIG welding in both horizontal and vertical positions across a variety of metal fabrication projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform MIG welding in horizontal and vertical positions with precision and efficiency.

* Read and interpret welding drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

* Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards.

* Maintain and care for welding equipment and tools.

* Identify and report any issues with materials or equipment.

* Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a MIG Welder.

* Ability to weld in horizontal and vertical positions. (Preffered but not essential)

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

* Ability to read welding drawings and technical specifications.

* Knowledge of health and safety practices in a workshop/fabrication environment.

* Flexible and reliable with good teamwork skills.
