Great Role in Busy Country House Hotel Sous Chef.
A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based near Coleford in the Forest of Dean area for a Sous Chef to work in their luxury 4 Hotel which has a 2AA rosette level restaurant alongside a talented and experienced Head Chef.

Salary & Benefits- Salary to £42k 3k tips £45k package

- Preparing meals using fresh produce to 2AA rosette level

- You will already be a Sous Chef
- Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
- Experience of working in Hotels/Restaurants ideally to 2AA rosette standard
- Highly motivated and focused.
