Agricultural Machinery Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Machinery Sales Manager to help launch and grow a range of regenerative farming machinery across the UK. This is a hands on, field-based sales role responsible for driving direct sales, developing customer relationships, representing the business at agricultural shows and on farm events and supporting product launches. You will also feed market insight back into product development and play a key role in shaping the company’s commercial strategy.

The business is at an exciting early stage, offering the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team to influence product development, growth strategy, and market presence.
The Candidate- Proven experience in agricultural machinery sales
- Strong knowledge of the UK agricultural machinery market
- Existing network within farming, contracting, or machinery sectors
- Innovative and proactive approach to sales and promotion
- Highly organised, self‑motivated, and able to work independently
- Confident representing products during demonstrations and events
- Experience or interest in regenerative or sustainable farming is desirable but not essential
- Salary: £35,000 per annum
- Commission: £500 per unit sold
- Company 4x4 provided for business use
- Working hours:
08:00–16:00, with occasional weekends for demonstrations and shows
