Sales Support Executive

What you ll be doing

• Supporting preparation of quotations, proposals and sales documentation
• Managing customer enquiries and qualifying new leads
• Tracking sales activity and following up opportunities
• Coordinating diaries, meetings and site visits
• Attending local surveys with the sales team and supporting follow-up actions
• Assisting with tenders and improving internal sales processes

What we re looking for

• Organised, proactive graduate or early-career professional
• Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
• Confident with Microsoft Office and keen to learn new systems
• Able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable: exposure to sales support, customer-facing roles, technical environments, CRM systems or AutoCAD.
