Night Warehouse Operative
Severn Beach, Bristol
£14.37 per hour
Fixed Night Shifts | Full-Time Ongoing Work
Pertemps are currently recruiting for Night Warehouse Operative to join a busy and modern warehouse operation in Severn Beach, Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, full-time employment with fixed night shifts, full training provided, and a clean, well-maintained working environment.
What's on Offer?- £14.37 per hour
- Full-time hours (37.5 hours per week)
- Overtime opportunities available
- Fixed night shifts:
Monday to Friday 22:00 - 06:00 or Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 - 06:00 - Weekly pay every Friday
- Holiday pay and company pension (PAYE)
- Full training and site induction provided
- Free on-site parking
- Brand-new warehouse facilities
- Clean and tidy working environment
- Staff break room with:
Microwaves, Fridge, Snack vending machines, and On-site coffee machine.
- Picking bulk store orders
- Shrink-wrapping pallets and stock
- Using hand-held scanners
- Operating pump trucks
- Unloading deliveries
- Stock rotation and replenishment
- Quality control and stock checks
- General warehouse housekeeping
- Sweeping and maintaining a clean work area
- Manual handling, lifting and moving stock throughout the shift
- Full training will be provided, and no previous experience is required.
- Are physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
- Have good communication skills
- Demonstrate excellent timekeeping and reliability
- Have strong attention to detail
- Can accurately read product descriptions and codes
- Take pride in maintaining a clean and safe workspace
- Are enthusiastic and work well as part of a team
- Are comfortable being on their feet and walking long distances during a shift
- Live locally or have their own transport, as public transport is not available for these shift times
