Create an atmosphere of effective, efficient, friendly and reliable service, providing an easy, accessible, credible resource from which individuals can access information.

• Empower students to understand content and use effective learning strategies in a collaborative environment.
• Assist students in completing mentoring modules and time‑management plans.
• Facilitate workshops on academic success topics and TRIO orientations; set up and monitor TRIO recruitment events.
• Complete contact forms, including student attendance at sessions, accurately and on time.
• Maintain confidentiality of students’ personal and academic information in accordance with FERPA.
• Attend required training activities and scheduled events.
• Perform office tasks such as filing, making copies, and scheduling appointments.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

• Currently enrolled or registered is Community College and making progress toward completion of a degree and/or transfer study program.
• Maintain enrollment while employed in this position.
• In good academic and disciplinary standing with the college.
