Job Summary
Own and deliver payroll for domestic payroll groups. Develop and implement payroll procedures to ensure timely processing of payroll and all financial obligations related to the payroll process. File payroll related tax paperwork and answer requests for information from state and federal agencies.
Essential Job Functions- Review and processing of payroll adjustment forms
- Review and acceptance of employee self-service changes
- Review and acceptance of comp/position changes
- Review timecards for errors and communicate with management to resolve
- Process benefit corrections and updates
- Process garnishments
- Answer data requests
- Add payee to Dayforce
- Apply garnishment to Employee Dayforce file
- Answer debtor information requests
- Setup pay cards
- Process Final pay (based on state regs.)
- Collect final deductions
- Payout remaining accruals
- Wire/same day pay for California.
- Run and process concur expense data
- Process deposit rejections and updates

Education & Experience- High school and 0-2 years of experience in related field Req GED and 0-2 years of experience in related field
