Looking for a responsible and compassionate LPN to join our team at ACE in College Park, GA. Hours are flexible based on your scheduling needs. Safe in-home environment and PPE provided.

• Demonstrates a high level of compassionate interpersonal and communication skills necessary to consistently serve patients and family members in a professional manner.
• One to one patient care in a home environment.
• Assess patients for stability and follow through with all doctors' orders.
• Verify medication milligrams, last day dosed, take-outs received, phase level, and verify guest doses.
• Be thorough and accurate in documentation of patient complaint, vital signs, current medication, and allergies.
• Some health promotion, teaching, and training of family members in necessary.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent and graduate of an accredited program; prefer licensed or certified professionals but willing to consider others with adequate experience.
• Qualifications Of The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Must have a good standing license (LPN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
• Must have at least 12 months of hands‑on nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must be willing to provide in‑home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
• Very comfortable and efficient in the use of EMRs and use of computers.
• Experience with GTube, Trach/Vent.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Full‑time, Contract

• LPN $30/hr.
• RN $35/hr.
