Summary:

A food-production team member committed to serving guests

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Prepares and cooks all products according to established procedures

* Demonstrates knowledge of recipes and other cooking requirements

* Maintains adequate stock of supplies

* Washes dishes

* Cleans and sanitizes various areas of the restaurant, including equipment and counters, floors, trash bins, and parking lot

* Other duties and responsibilities as directed by restaurant management

Qualifications & Skills

* No Experience Necessary

* Able to stand for prolonged periods (entire shift), walk, bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects, as needed

* Able to maintain positive energy throughout shift with a willingness to serve

* Able to excel in a fast-paced, team environment with a sense of urgency in getting things done

* Able to think ahead and anticipate problems before they happen

* Willing to work a flexible schedule and arrive to work at the scheduled time

* Demonstrates unquestionable integrity

Modeled after founder Truett Cathy's first restaurant, the Dwarf House offers sit down, counter and drive-thru service for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant offers a typical Chick-fil-A menu, plus specialty items including Green Beans, Fried Okra, Cornbread and Chicken Salad.
