This position is for a Shift Manager at McDonald's in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee, not McDonald’s USA, is the employer and is responsible for all employment matters.
ResponsibilitiesShift Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintain quality, service, and cleanliness, and collaborate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a successful shift.

Previous leadership experience—preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment—is preferred. Candidates should be at least 18 years of age, flexible with a schedule that supports a fast‑paced environment, and possess strong team‑building and coaching skills.
