Bonus Program:
As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a bonus program, paid based on restaurant performance.

• Manage profitability by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
• Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant GMs.
• Coach and train employees to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct inventory counts bi-weekly.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the team provides friendly, high-quality service.

• Minimum 1 year experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location. Starting ranges include:

• Maryland: $53,000 - $58,000
• New York: $55,000 - $60,000
• NYC: $65,000 - $70,000
• Cincinnati, OH: $54,000 - $58,000
