• Greet customers warmly upon entry to the store and enter orders accurately into the POS
• Process transactions using our POS system and ensure accurate handling of cash and credit payments.
• Prioritize orders effectively, preparing and delivering drinks, ice cream treats and other menu items with a sense of urgency
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Communicate closely and effectively with Back and Front of House to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru area.
• Uphold health and safety standards at all times.
• Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of supplies and condiments.
• Operate with the absolute highest sense of integrity and honesty. Zesto will never compromise on these core values. They are behind everything we do.

• Previous experience in QSR cashiering or customer service.
• Very strong communication skills and genuine care about delivering the best customer experience possible
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Drive‑thru experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Serv Safe Certification
