Job Description
LoJac is currently seeking talented Hydrovac Operators, dedicated to professional growth. Operators are responsible for operating and managing hydrovac trucks to perform excavation jobs and completing projects safely and timely.
Major Duties and Responsibilities- Complete hydro excavation projects, including utility line exposure, debris removal, trenching, and digging as needed for specific jobs
- Operate hydrovac trucks and equipment safely
- Inspect grounds for safe zones, safety precautions, and other hazards at every job site
- Complete all paperwork in a timely manner as required by management
- Conduct routine maintenance on trucks and equipment to ensure proper working order
- Work overtime if needed by supervisor
- Stand, kneel, walk, etc for long periods of time
- Take OSHA courses to ensure safety knowledge
- Take First Aid courses to ensure safety knowledge
- Perform all other duties as required by business needs
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Work in Construction industry 1 year (Preferred)
- Clean MVR
- Must pass background and drug screen prior to hire
