City of Forest Park's Fleet Department is seeking a full-time Fleet Mechanic to perform general mechanical repair work on emergency vehicles, including fire trucks, aerial platforms, rescue and police vehicles, trucks, light equipment, engines, and generators.
Work includes examining vehicles to determine repairs, conducting diagnostic testing, consulting with drivers for input, removing or replacing parts, and coordinating warranty work with local dealers.
